The GP owner is moving to join her husband and would like to sell her practice to another female GP who would like to own her own surgery.
- The GP owner has a DWS provider number and will transfer this to the new GP owner (if DWS is required)
- The practice has 4 full time GPs, highly experiences Nursing and Admin staff
- You will take over a large patient base from the current owner
- Your expected billings are around the $600,000 per annum
