Living and Working in tropical Queensland
Our client is a Queensland Health managed 110 bed Residential Aged Care Facility in North Queensland, a 90 minute drive from Townsville.
The site consists of 3 units with 1 being a 36 bed memory support unit, consisting of a 10 bed gazetted psych-geriatric unit.
Currently they have positions avaiable for Registered Nurses interested in Aged Care.
The facilty will offer sucessful candidates the following incentives:
- 12 weeks accommodation on arrival for permanent staff
- Some travel costs and any quarantine which may be required
- A modest relocation allowance
- Work visa sponsorship avaible for overseas applicants
The site is currently fully accredited supported by the Townsville Hospital and Health Service. The site has a good relationship with the local hospital. They are currently fully accredited and they have a very supportuive leadership team with a Nurse Educator on site.

Essential Requirement:
In order to be eligible for this position, you are required to hold current AHPRA regsitration as a Registered Nurse and have a minimum of 24 months post graduate experience.
