Our client is an Aboriginal Health Service in Roebourne (near Karratha) on the West Australian Coast
They are seeking to recruit a full time salaried GP
- Base Salary $280,000 + 9.5% superannuation
- 4 weeks paid Leave
- Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.45pm (no after hours or weekends)
- Full furnished house provided
- Car and phone provided
- Visa sponsorship available (if required)

The Health Services provides primary care to a mostly Aboriginal population. Although remote, they have an exemplary clinic which would provide Registrars with an excellent opportunity to further their training in the area of Aboriginal health. They provide a range of programs, such as Maternal and Child Health, Chronic Disease and PHCAP, which serves as an outreach program to individuals who may not otherwise have access to health care

Essential Requirement:
In order to be eligible for this position, overseas trained doctors are required to hold post graduate qualifications in General Practice i.e. MRCGP, MICGP, FRACGP, FRNZCGP or CCFP.
General Practitioners who have one of these post graduate qualifications are eligible to apply for mutual recognition with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP)
